Liability
LeisureFlies Travels Pvt Ltd is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by airlines, hotels, weather, government regulations, visa authorities, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation charges vary by supplier (airline, hotel, cruise line, tour operator) and will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation. As a general guide:
- Cancellations made well in advance of travel typically incur lower charges than last-minute cancellations.
- Some bookings (promotional airfares, certain hotel rates) may be fully non-refundable — this will always be disclosed before you pay.
- Refunds, where applicable, are processed after the respective supplier releases the refunded amount to us, which can take several weeks depending on the supplier.
Price Match Guarantee — Full Terms
- The screenshot must be sent to us within 5 minutes of receiving our quote — fares and prices are dynamic and can change minute to minute.
- The screenshot must clearly show the date and time stamp , destination/service, exact travel dates, and total price.
- Must be for the exact same product — same class/category, same hotel star rating, same inclusions, same travel dates.
- Must be from a legitimate, publicly bookable source — not a private, negotiated, or expired offer.
- Subject to availability at the time of price match.
- Not applicable once a booking has already been confirmed and paid for.
- Final discretion rests with LeisureFlies Travels Pvt Ltd.
